VAPPRO VCI Corrosion Inhibitor Products For The Electronic Industry

VAPPRO VCI Corrosion Inhibitor Products are designed for the corrosion protection of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals commonly found in the Electronic Industry. VAPPRO VCI Corrosion Inhibitor Products are designed to protect electrical gears, relays, contacts, switches, electronic assemblies and connectors from galvanic corrosion.

VAPPRO VCI Corrosion Inhibitor Products are suitable for use for the corrosion protection of printed circuit boards along with other electrical components enclosed in minimal or non-ventilated electrical housings, control boxes, or other enclosures.

VAPPRO VCI vapors do not increase contact resistance in relays and switches and they will not alter the characteristics of insulating materials which include high voltage corona or carbon tracking.

The vapors do not increase contact resistance in relays and switches and will not affect the characteristics of insulating materials, including high voltage corona or carbon tracking. VAPPRO 01 VCI Foam Emitter provides corrosion protection for up to a 1 cubic foot enclosure.

VAPPRO 50 VCI Foam Tape

VAPPRO VCI Foam Tape is a gray polyurethane foam, impregnated with a vapor corrosion inhibitor. It is designed for protection of ferrous and nonferrous metals against corrosion in long and narrow enclosures.

VAPPRO VCI Foam Tape is ¼” in thickness and 6 feet in length per roll. VAPPRO VCI Foam Tape comes with self-adhesive backing tape and provides up to 2 years of continuous protection for all metals. VAPPRO VCI Foam Tape is designed to protect metal products, electrical components, or parts when enclosed in non-ventilated housings, control boxes, or other enclosures.

VAPPRO® Pak and Pouch

VAPPRO 820 VCI PAK is a breathable Pak made with a Tyvek® material developed by Du-Pont.

VAPPRO 820 VCI PAK provides excellent corrosion protection on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

VAPPRO 823 VCI Pouch is a breathable pouch containing vapor corrosion inhibitor are made from Tyvek® material, Du Pont’s name for its range of spun-bonded polyethylene fiber structures. It is nitrite-free and does not contain phosphate or heavy metals.

VAPPRO 823 VCI Pouch can meet the most demanding packaging applications including electronics anti-corrosion protective packaging, military anti-corrosion packaging, controlled atmosphere packaging, etc.
